These backdrops are perfect for photoshoots due to their size, vibrant colours, unique texture and zero reflection / flash back from studio lights. With the luxury, canvas backdrops you are able to hold your subject close to the backdrop to see the texture or can move further away to create a blurred, smoother backdrop look.
Canvases are dispatched rolled up and should be stored rolled up when not being used. Unlike paper backdrops, these canvas backdrops will last a life time.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. If the return is approved, we will refund the purchase price to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
6. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
